Current Work

The Laboratory for Optical and Computational Imaging (LOCI) is the computational imaging research group headed by Dr. Kevin Eliceiri.

Currently, the rough focus for my PhD is on pancreatic cancer and the roles collagen deposition, structure, and orientation play in the progression of the disease. I am generally interested in applying novel imaging and image analysis techniques to discover the increasingly complex solutions that are needed to provide targeted clinical solutions to diseases like cancer.

Hopefully, more to come!
